Cycling/Mountain Biking: Uptown Broadway sits right in the middle of one of the most popular cycling arteries in the country. From our central location you can head north to Estes Park, east to Niwot and Erie, south to downtown Boulder or west into the mountains. There are no shortage of options and plenty of trails that originate in the near vicinity of Uptown Broadway.

Running/Walking/Hiking: Again, with the large network of trails in our neighborhood, there are a plethora of options. Simply walk out your front door and let the wind take you on your next adventure.

Art: Boulder has one of the most vibrant artist communities, in the country and many of the artists live in North Boulder. From time to time we host art walks to support this community and expose our residents to the fabulous art of Boulder.
